These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all purchases made through Orvella, available at orvellaart.com.

2. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through Orvella.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
3. Products
Orvella primarily sells home décor products and related items.
The main characteristics of each product are displayed on its respective product page.
Product photographs and lifestyle images are intended to represent the products as accurately as possible. Slight differences in color or appearance may occur depending on lighting, screen settings, or other display conditions.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, dimensions, specifications, and other information before purchasing.
Products are offered subject to availability.
4. Prices
Prices are those displayed on the website at the time the order is placed.
Prices may be displayed in the currency available to the customer through the website.
Orvella reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Any price change will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Any applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees, or similar charges will be handled according to the information provided during checkout and applicable regulations.
5. Shipping Destination
Orvella currently ships only to the United States.
Orders placed with a delivery address outside the supported shipping area may be cancelled and refunded.
6. Orders
Customers select the products they wish to purchase and add them to their shopping cart.
Before completing an order, customers are responsible for reviewing their items, quantities, delivery address, and total order amount.
An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
An order confirmation will normally be sent to the email address provided by the customer.
Orvella reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including suspected fraud, payment issues, incorrect information, pricing errors, or product unavailability.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
7. Payment
Payment methods available to the customer are displayed during checkout.
Depending on the configuration of the store, payment methods may include major credit or debit cards and payment services supported by Shopify and its payment partners.
Orders may be cancelled if payment authorization is refused or unsuccessful.
8. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within approximately 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Business days generally exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Standard shipping is free for eligible orders placed through Orvella.
After processing and dispatch, estimated delivery time is generally:

Delivery times are estimates unless a specific guaranteed delivery date is expressly provided.
Shipping carriers may vary depending on the product, delivery destination, supplier, and logistical requirements.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
10. Returns
Orvella offers customers a 30-day return period from the date the order is received, subject to the conditions and exclusions applicable to the order.
Before returning an item, customers must contact:

Products should not be returned to an address found independently online or to Orvella's administrative address unless specifically instructed.
Returned products should generally be in their original condition and include any accessories or components supplied with them.

11. Return Shipping Costs
Responsibility for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return and the applicable consumer protection rules.
For returns based solely on a change of mind under Orvella's commercial return policy, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility when permitted and properly disclosed.
If a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise subject to mandatory remedies, the request will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

12. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Customers should inspect their order after delivery.

After reviewing the request, Orvella may arrange a replacement.
Where replacement is impossible or another remedy is required under applicable law, an appropriate alternative, including a refund where applicable, may be provided.
13. Refunds
Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.
14. Packages Marked as Delivered
If tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered but the customer cannot locate it, the customer should contact Orvella as soon as possible.
Customers may be asked to verify the delivery address, check around the delivery location, contact household members, or review information provided by the carrier.
Each case will be reviewed individually.
15. Liability
Orvella shall not be responsible for damage resulting from improper use of a product or use contrary to any instructions or safety information supplied with it.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
16. Force Majeure
Orvella shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances reasonably beyond its control, subject to applicable law.
Such circumstances may include major transportation disruptions, natural disasters, government actions, conflicts, or exceptional interruptions affecting logistics or communications.

Personal information collected through the store may be used to process orders, arrange delivery, provide customer service, prevent fraud, process payments, and comply with legal obligations.
